Once again, GDAT!! is on the road.
My apologies for the inactivity this week as NancyTW and I are holed up in another location that I'll tell you about later. For now, here's a shot of a foot-long bat that was just hanging out.

Laura & Scott -- This is a "fruit" bat, and yes, it is definitely creepy.
Sleep all day, fly around and eat all night... now there's a lifestyle to be envied!

Hi Donna. All we had to do was sneak up to Orlando and spend a day at Disney's Animal Kingdom. There were several dozen of these creatures hanging onto ropes. Amazing!
